NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  1. Products bought during sale are non-returnable.
  2. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  3. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  4. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
  5. Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  6. The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
  7. Alterations would be done only once for the customized orders, if needed. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.
  8. Jewelry, Hair Accessory, Travel Accessory, Mending Kit, Brooches, Accessories, belts, Face Masks, Handkerchiefs, Buntings cannot be returned or exchanged.
  9. The credit note issued, will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
  10. Please note, when using coupon codes; on returning even one product from the order the entire offer will be void. Only size variant exchange is possible. In case if exchange is not possible, then only credit will be provided. No refunds shall be given.
  11. Saleable items are non-returnable. In case you wish to return the items bought during sale, the shipping charge of Rs.150 would have to be borne by the customer. 
  12. Returns/exchange can only be availed once for the same product.

Domestic Orders: 

Cancellation Policy

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. 

Return Policy 

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. 

Mail us at littleglovesloom@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. 

The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost. 

Shipping and COD charges are non refundable

Raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment through support@littleglovelooms.com

If you receive a damaged/incorrect/incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at support@littleglovelooms.com with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect/item. We will either ship a replacement for the item or provide a refund for the product, once the pickup is done. 

If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. 

If  you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Once we have received the products, a quality check would be done by our team.

The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.

If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later.

In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.

We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.

For COD orders, the refund link will be sent to the registered email and contact number. Incase of non redemption of the link, you can contact our customer service within 3 months for a new link. 

Exchange Policy: 

Raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product through – support@littleglovelooms.com or whatsapp us at +91 79840 28588

You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted. 

A Credit Note will be issued for the product price within 3-4 days once the product is picked up.

Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below – 

* Order Number and the Name used while placing the order  *  Shipping Address : (Address)

Please make sure that the original product tag and the packing is intact when the product is picked up.

No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment. In  exceptional cases please write to us at support@littleglovelooms.com

You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.

Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.

Credit Note once issued cannot be en-cashed.

International Orders:

We unfortunately do not have a return or exchange policy for our international customers. You can get in touch with us at support@littleglovelooms.com for any queries. 

If you do wish to return the product, you can ship it back to us at your own expense, we can provide you a refund for the product to your original mode of payment or as a store credit. 

Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. 

Please make sure that the original product tag is intact.

In case you do receive a defective product contact us immediately by emailing us at support@littleglovelooms.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defective product after investigation, no replacement would be sent.
